Choosing the right cruise line is as important as selecting the right cruise itinerary itself. Click below to find the best cruise line for you.

Azamara Cruises
First ship launched: May 5, 2007. The unique offerings of Azamara are beyond compare: butler service is provided in every stateroom; their shore excursions (they prefer to call them shore immersions), are designed to let guests become part of the fabric of life in each destination, instead of merely being an observer; their enrichment programs offer everything from culinary to photographic explorations; their two specialty restaurants provide the finest cuisine at sea; live entertainment can be enjoyed nightly; and the level of service offered is unmatched. And formal attire is never required.

Azamara Cruises consists of two intimate ships, Azamara Journey and Azamara Quest. Each can carry 710 fortunate guests and because they are smaller and sleeker than larger cruise ships, they can sail to ports that others simply cannot reach. Both ships were once part of the very popular Renaissance Cruises fleet. Just before setting sail on its maiden voyage on May 5, 2007, Azamara Journey completed a four-week, approximately $19-million makeover, highlighted by the conversion of 48 staterooms into 32 suites, a complete refurbishment of the dining areas to create the two new specialty restaurants, an expansion of the spa area to include an aesthetics suite, a new Sunset Bar on the aft deck, a new art collection. Cova Café, entirely new carpets and flooring throughout, new European bedding and soft goods, flat screen televisions, new veranda decking and furniture, and wireless internet service in all staterooms and public areas. Plus, 93% of their staterooms offer ocean views and 68% have a private veranda. Azamara Cruises sails to destinations all around the world.

If travel is meant to be savored, then crossing the oceans should be a majestic experience, not merely a hop across the pond. Sea Dream Yacht Club
SeaDream Yacht Club is an innovative, new yachting company that operates the twin, ultra-luxury mega yachts SeaDream I and SeaDream II. Since their introduction in September 2001, they have become the prototypes of the casual and intimate yachting experience. SeaDream Yacht Club has built upon this legacy and today the two sleek and stylish SeaDream yachts are highly acclaimed by discerning travelers seeking a unique seagoing experience and by travel industry observers worldwide. Author Douglas Ward called SeaDream "Utterly exclusive."

As SeaDream’s President says, "We are not a cruise line. We are a yacht company and we provide a yachting experience." Yachting features an open and unstructured ambience that provides each guest the opportunity to enjoy it at their own pace and in their own style. They like to express this as "No clocks, no crowds, no lines, and no stress." The key word for the SeaDream yachting experience is "unstructured". It is all about personal choice, a free form holiday in which guests feel that they are aboard their own yacht. That is why they say, "It's yachting, not cruising".

Silversea Cruises
Silversea is a cruise company reflecting generations of maritime and travel experience. In the early 1990s, the Lefebvre family of Rome, former owners of Sitmar Cruises, conceived and organized a unique cruise company pledging to build and operate the highest-quality ships in the ultra-luxury segment. The name “Silversea” was chosen because it connotes quality and luxury as well as capturing the romance and special sensations of the sea. Silversea’s fleet was purpose-built for the ultra-luxury market, establishing a new class of smaller, intimate vessels that could slip into more exotic ports off the beaten path. The company’s elite vessels are specifically designed for fewer guests, more space and the highest levels of personalized service, delivered by Italian officers and European staff. All oceanview suites, most with private balcony, and open-seating dining options so guests dine when, where and with whom they desire, add to the very special ambiance created onboard. Silversea ships also incorporate the favorite amenities found on larger ships, such elaborate show lounges featuring nightly entertainment, casinos, a spa and state-of-the-art fitness facilities. As an innovator in the ultra-luxury segment, Silversea is the favorite among modern affluent travelers with its all-inclusive pricing and unmatched onboard product enhanced by partnerships with the world’s most respected luxury brands – Bvlgari, Moet & Chandon, Davidoff and Relais & Chateaux. Today, Silversea is recognized as the defining elite luxury experience and is regularly lauded by leading consumer and trade publications.
