Sweepstakes Rules: No purchase necessary. Must be 21 years of age or over to enter. Limit one entry per person. Odds of winning depend on the total number of eligible entries received. From all eligible entries, a random drawing will be held quarterly by the officers of Go Travel, Inc. Winner will be notified via the e-mail address provided in the sign-up form above. Cruise is for two passengers to be used between 9/8/09 - 12/15/09 and 1/2/10 – 2/28/10. Certain restrictions and blackout dates apply. Winner must submit 3 choices of sail dates (within these travel windows) in writing within 10 days of notification to: The Cruise Hound, c/o Go Travel, Inc.. Attn: Sweepstakes Department, 2811 W. SR 434, Longwood, FL 32779. Winner will be notified 10 days in advance of earliest requested travel date regarding availability. Stateroom accommodations are interior, and cruise line/ship/sailing date will be assigned at The Cruise Hound’s discretion. If winner cannot travel on specified dates, prize will be forfeited and the prize may be awarded to an alternate. Cruise award does not include port charges/government taxes, fuel surcharges, gratuities, airfare, personal incidentals or any other expenses not specifically listed herein. All taxes and any other expenses on the receipt and use of the prize shall be the sole responsibility of the winner. Prize has approximate retail value of $2,000. Cruise is non-transferable, and must be redeemed by 2/28/10. By accepting the prize, winner grants the right to use his/her name and likeliness in advertising and promotion without further compensation or permission, except where prohibited by law. By participating, entrants, winner and travel companion agree to release and hold harmless The Cruise Hound and Go Travel, Inc., it’s employees, officers and directors, from any and all liability for loss, harm, damage, injury, cost or expense whatsoever including without limitation, property damage, personal injury and/or death which may occur in connection with, preparation for, travel to, or participation in Sweepstakes, or possession, acceptance and/or use or misuse of prize or participation in any Sweepstakes related activity and claims based on publicity rights, defamation or invasion of privacy and merchandise delivery. The Cruise Hound/Go Travel, Inc. is not responsible if any prize cannot be awarded due to travel cancellations, delays or interruptions due to acts of God, acts of war, natural disasters, weather, or acts of terrorism.
